Use TourClaim with an AI assistant

Muse is Meta’s personal AI assistant. Connected to TourClaim, it can help you put together a claim for a trip you had to cancel or cut short, under the travel benefits of the credit card you booked with. This page says what to expect, what the assistant can and cannot do, and what to do when something goes wrong.

Status

Submitted to Muse’s connector directory for review on 21 September 2026. TourClaim is not yet listed there, and the connection has not yet been verified inside Muse. Directory availability depends on Meta’s review. Until then the connector runs as a review environment that holds fictional test claims only.

How it works

  1. Connect. You start from your assistant and confirm it is you on TourClaim’s own page, using a sign-in link we email you. There is no password, and you never give the assistant your TourClaim sign-in.
  2. Tell it what happened. Say it in your own words, for example “I got sick and missed my tour, and it was non-refundable.” The assistant asks only for what is still missing: who you booked with, what you paid, what was refunded, the card you used, and what happened.
  3. Share evidence you choose. The assistant can attach a confirmation or cancellation email after you have seen which one and agreed. You add receipts and documents yourself, in your browser, from a link it gives you.
  4. Review and sign, yourself. You open a TourClaim page, check every detail and every piece of evidence, read the authorization and the fee, and sign with your name.
  5. Submit and follow up. Back in your assistant, ask it to submit, and later ask “what’s happening with my claim?”

The assistant suggests. You decide.

If your reason is medical

The assistant will ask a few questions, such as when symptoms began and whether you saw a provider. Answer only what you are comfortable sharing in that conversation; you can leave a question and we will follow up. Where a claim needs a medical note, Copernican can arrange a review by a licensed provider. The provider decides whether a note can be issued. This is documentation for a claim, not medical care: if you need urgent help, contact emergency services.

Keep these out of the conversation

Never paste a sign-in link, a connection key, a password or a full card number into a chat. TourClaim will never ask your assistant for them. If a message or an email asks you to approve a connection you did not start yourself, choose Don’t allow.

Connection problems

The sign-in email has not arrived
Check spam, then request another; each link lasts 15 minutes and a new one replaces the last. Use a personal address you can open on the device you are connecting from.
The assistant says it is no longer connected
Connections expire and can be disconnected. Connect again; claims you already submitted are still there. A draft started under an old connection has to be started again.
It says something changed and asks you to check
A detail was edited after you last looked. Ask it to show the current details, confirm them, and sign again if you had already signed.
A submit or save timed out
Ask for the claim’s status before trying again. Submitting twice returns the same claim; it never creates a second one.
Muse is not available where you are
Access to Muse and TourClaim’s listing are separate things, and we cannot change the first. You can still reach us at the address below.

Disconnecting and deleting

Disconnect an assistant at any time from your connections; its access ends immediately. Disconnecting does not delete anything. To delete a draft or your information, see the data deletion instructions.
