Delete your TourClaim data
You can disconnect an assistant, delete a draft, or ask us to delete your information. These are three different things, and this page says what each one does.
Disconnect an assistant
Sign in at Connect and choose Disconnect. The assistant’s access ends immediately. Disconnecting does not delete drafts or claims, and it does not withdraw a claim you have submitted.
Delete a draft you have not submitted
Ask your assistant to delete the draft. It is removed permanently, together with every answer, email and file saved against it. If you are no longer connected, email us and we will delete it for you.
Delete a submitted claim or all of your information
Email info@getcopernican.com from the address on your account with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us whether you want one claim or everything deleted. We will confirm it is you before acting.
As our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describes, we delete the information from our systems and tell the service providers we shared it with about your request, except where the law requires us to keep records. Deleting a claim that is being filed or defended will ordinarily end our ability to continue with it.
